Product Design Lead | IDF Home Front Command

2023-Present (Reserve)

  • Identified a key opportunity to enhance user safety and engagement, while optimizing operational unit’s efficiency. Therefore proposed and led the development of a unified brand system, aimed at improving recognition and cohesion across platforms. In addition to a website redesign, in order to achieve communication goals. Received enthusiastic approval by HFC's Major General, that allocated over ₪5M in funding.
  • Executed end-to-end UI design independently and was a part of UX team effort, in the new national emergency site, and branding from conceptualization to final design & prototype, ensuring the new systems effectively met user needs and aligned with strategic objectives. (Currently in dev process).
  • Led the full product design of the Home Front Command national alert app following Operation Rising Lion. Initiated and conducted a comprehensive user survey to uncover public pain points and confusion during emergencies. Translated key insights into actionable UX/UI improvements, enhancing clarity, accessibility, and trust. The redesign significantly improved user engagement and better aligned the app with civilian and system’s needs in high-stress scenarios.
